Get answers to common questions about Nostrils.
Most clients feel only a brief pinch or stinging sensation. The service is quick—typically five to ten minutes—and our careful technique keeps discomfort minimal. We pause if you need, making it comfortable even for first-time clients.
Hair regrowth varies, but most clients return every four to six weeks for upkeep. Faster growers may need more frequent visits; after a few appointments we can recommend a personalized schedule to maintain consistent, tidy results.
We screen for sensitivities and can perform a patch test if you have concerns. Inform your technician of any allergies, skin conditions, or medications. Waxing is generally safe, but active irritation or infection means we’ll reschedule for your safety.
Nasal hairs filter dust and help humidify air. Our technique targets visible stray hairs while preserving core function. We avoid over-removal to maintain protection; if you have concerns, your technician will tailor the service for balanced grooming and safety.
Avoid picking, probing, or vigorous nose-blowing for 24–48 hours. Keep the area clean and dry, avoid hot steam or swimming immediately after, and use gentle saline sprays if needed. Contact us if you notice prolonged redness or irritation.
Contraindications include active nasal infections, recent nasal surgery, severe rosacea near the nose, or current blood-thinning medications. Also avoid waxing during cold, flu, or open-sore conditions. Discuss medical history so we can determine if waxing is appropriate.
