Expect about 60 to 90 minutes depending on hair density and any extra touchups. New clients or extensive areas may take longer. We allocate time to ensure comfort, thoroughness, and proper post-wax care. 18% gratuity is automatically added.
Arrive with hair about 1/4 inch long for effective removal; exfoliate gently 24-48 hours prior but avoid moisturizers the day of. Wear loose clothing and eat beforehand if sensitive. Inform your technician about allergies, medications, or recent sun exposure.
Some pulling is normal, but most clients find waxing tolerable. Our estheticians use calming techniques, high-quality wax, and post-care soothing gels to minimize pain. Numbing creams can be applied on request; let us know about pain sensitivity for personalized care.
Avoid hot showers, saunas, and vigorous exercise for 24 hours to reduce irritation and infection risk. You may take short lukewarm showers, pat skin dry, and use recommended aftercare products. If redness persists beyond 48 hours, contact us for guidance.
Most clients return every 4 to 6 weeks depending on personal hair growth. With regular waxing, follicles weaken and intervals can extend. We'll recommend a timeline based on your growth pattern during your first visit and adjust scheduling for optimal results.
Certain conditions like open wounds, severe sunburn, active skin infections, recent chemical peels, or certain medications (Accutane, some retinoids) may contraindicate waxing. Disclose medical history and medications during booking. Our clinicians can advise alternatives or postpone service for safety.
