Get answers to common questions about Brazilian Front.
Brazilian Front results typically last three to six weeks depending on individual hair growth. Regular sugaring weakens follicles and can extend intervals. Schedule based on regrowth and comfort, usually every four to six weeks for most clients.
Most clients find sugaring less painful than waxing because the sugar paste removes hair in the direction of growth and doesn't stick to live skin. Expect brief discomfort during treatment that subsides quickly, especially with regular appointments.
Exfoliate gently two days before and avoid heavy lotions or oils on the day of your Brazilian Front service. Hair should be about a quarter-inch long; arriving clean and dry helps estheticians achieve thorough, even removal.
Avoid hot baths, saunas, and intense exercise for 24 to 48 hours after Brazilian Front sugaring. Wear breathable cotton underwear and avoid tight clothing. Use gentle exfoliation after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs and apply soothing, fragrance-free products as needed.
We recommend avoiding shaving between Brazilian Front sugaring sessions. Shaving cuts hair at the surface and can interfere with sugaring grip. If necessary, wait until regrowth reaches about a quarter-inch before your next appointment for best results.
Ideally hair should be around a quarter-inch, approximately five to seven millimeters, before a Brazilian Front sugaring appointment. This length allows the sugar paste to grip hair effectively for complete removal without excessive breakage.
