Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Facial Cheeks Sugaring.

Most clients enjoy smooth, hair-free cheeks for two to six weeks. Individual results vary with hair cycle, growth rate, and prior hair removal methods. Regular sugaring treatments can extend intervals as regrowth becomes finer and slower over time.

Sugaring is gentler than waxing; clients often describe a quick sting or tug, not prolonged pain. Sensitivity varies by individual, but our low-temperature sugar paste and expert technique minimize discomfort and post-treatment irritation.

Avoid shaving or tweezing for at least two weeks to allow hair to reach ideal length. Cleanse the area, avoid heavy creams, retinoids, or sunburn before treatment, and arrive with no makeup for best results.

Keep the area clean and avoid exfoliation, hot showers, or intense exercise for 24–48 hours. Apply gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer and SPF daily. Use recommended calming serums and return for follow-up treatments as advised by your esthetician.

Mild redness, tenderness, or tiny bumps are common and typically subside within a day or two. Rarely, ingrown hairs or longer-lasting irritation occur. We use soothing post-care and discuss contraindications to minimize risks before treatment.

Clients with active acne cysts, open wounds, recent chemical peels, isotretinoin use within six months, or severe skin conditions should consult medical staff first. Pregnant clients or those with allergies should disclose history prior to scheduling.
