Get answers to common questions about Nose.
Most clients need between 4 and 8 sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, depending on hair thickness and growth cycles. Results accumulate over time; maintenance sessions may be recommended for optimal, long-term reduction.
Yes — at Nature’s Wax & Med Spa we use adjustable lasers and protocols suited for diverse skin tones. A consultation and patch test determine the safest settings to minimize risk of discoloration or irritation while maximizing effectiveness.
Most clients feel mild discomfort described as brief stinging or warmth. We use topical numbing or cooling technologies to increase comfort. Sessions are short, and any soreness typically subsides within a few hours to a day.
Avoid plucking, waxing, or electrolysis for at least four weeks before treatment. Shave visible outer nose hair if advised, avoid sun exposure and tanning, and disclose medications or skin conditions during consultation to ensure safe, effective laser settings.
You’ll notice progressively less visible outer nose hair, smoother skin texture, and reduced need for trimming. Significant reduction typically appears after several sessions, with many clients achieving long-term decrease and occasional maintenance treatments for longevity.
Common temporary effects include redness, mild swelling, or pinpoint scabbing that resolve within days. Rarely, pigment changes or prolonged irritation occur. We review risks during consultation and provide aftercare instructions to minimize side effects and support healing.
